Terms of Sale

By placing an order on the Aria store, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

Order Acceptance Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Pricing All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change but changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

Promotional Codes Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Aria reserves the right to expire or modify promotions at any time.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at CustomerService@ariashop.it.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of delivery, contact us at CustomerService@ariashop.it.com and we will arrange a full refund.

Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Taxes Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to states where required by law. The amount is displayed at checkout.

Disputes Please contact us at CustomerService@ariashop.it.com first. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of the United States.
