At Aria, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand fully behind our Konica Acid Turmeric Night Wrapping Mask with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will make it right.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return under our satisfaction guarantee, you must provide your order number and proof of purchase. The item must not be a final sale item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns on opened products only under our satisfaction guarantee policy. If you simply did not like the product or did not see results, you are still fully covered within 60 days.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items returned after 60 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
